lest you think i'm holed up in my room getting lost in all those books (which is not such a bad idea, but my friends say totally unhealthy), here's proof that i do look up from those pages and go out. i even rode the new sentosa monorail for the first time (i haven't been to sentosa for quite a while. it's new, right?)
with the usual suspects...
and a new buddy.
we went to sentosa to go swimming and visit the underwaterworld..nah, just kidding. we were there to listen to some good old jazz.
and have some of these (match the drink to the person)..
good conversation, good food (wasabi-mayo was a discovery) and good music kept us in a good mood all night.
someone decided we had to learn how to pout.
and so we practiced..
practiced...
and practiced some more, until the ride back to vivo city.but it all stopped when we had dinner. the food on that tray? that's mine, all mine. see that one on the lower left side of the picture? that's banana-bean pastry. someone please point me to where i can get that dessert that's not as far as harbourfront.
we heard that by september there'll be another round of "jazz by the beach" concert series. by then, we would have perfected our pouts, and i would have gotten over that craving for banana-bean pastry.

Hey Ays! We're going to Singapore for a four-day trip. Got any suggestions on where we should go? The last time I was there was for work so I wasn't able to go around. :)
hi kuya jovan.you'll get to go and see a lot of places in four days here. post ko sa blog mo. :)
Thanks! I saw it! Big, big help!
One more thing - is it advisable to take a taxi na lang going to the zoo, etc. instead of public transpo? No problem with the MRT as I took it already everyday when I was there. Medyo nag-aalangan lang ako sa bus. There are four of us kasi and parang it's such a hassle taking the MRT and the buses.
What do you think? Would that be too expensive?
i answered in your blog. hehe. i assure you, hindi hassle ang bus and mrt dito.efficient naman sya. :)
by the looks of it, that is not jazz. its more of a standards band that most people think is "jazz" so it is advertised as such. just like the glenn miller orchestra (the one who did In the Mood) is not jazz, also norah jones and sitti, but people think they are hehe
anyway im just being anal =P
im darn sure the tiger belongs to the jessica alba of the group....
...eypooh?
ebs! you're right. not really jazz. they did some standards. well sitti is bossa nova (or is that under the jazz umbrella?) norah jones is not jazz as well, i think. pero ok pa rin yung music, pangrelax and enjoy din.
the tiger's not eypooh's. though he'll be happy you think of him as jessica alba..hehe.
mas bagay ata jessica zafra
haha pis!
hahaha! ganon..sabihin ko kay eypooh. haha
fellas, you need to show me your pouts ha!
i will show you soon. pag nakain ko na yung tender juicy!
